Here is how delivery and returns work at Kwiker Kit Studio. We keep this information clear and honest: no countdowns, no exaggerated speed claims and no hidden fees. This site is a showcase, so nothing is ordered or paid for here.
Where we deliver
We describe delivery to all 27 European Union member states. Wherever you are within the EU, the estimates below give you a realistic idea of how long preparation and transit take.
Processing time
Once an order has been confirmed with you by email, we typically need 1 to 3 business days to prepare it before it is handed to the carrier. Preparation includes a final check of the jersey and packaging.
Estimated transit
After dispatch, delivery within the European Union typically takes 3 to 8 business days. These are estimates that depend on the carrier and destination, not promises of a specific arrival time.
Shipping cost
This site has no checkout, no cart and no payment. Any shipping cost beyond the listed estimate is confirmed by a person before anything proceeds. You will always know the full cost in advance, and nothing moves forward until you agree.
Returns
Under EU consumer rules, you may return a jersey within 14 days, provided it is unworn and the tags are still intact. Once we receive your return, any refund due is issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
What cannot be returned
Personalised or customised jerseys cannot be returned, except where there is a genuine quality issue. If a customised item arrives faulty, contact us and we will put it right.
